                      How long does shipping take?
                    
                  Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery within Canada or the US usually takes 5–7 business days. Worldwide (Standard): 7-21 days. Worldwide (Express): 4-10 business days
                    
                    
                      Do you ship internationally?
                    
                  Yes. ROZA ships worldwide so you can enjoy our grip socks wherever you are. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at the checkout based on your location.
                    
                    
                      What is your return policy?
                    
                  We accept returns on unused items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unworn and unwashed
Tags must be attached
Must be in original packaging
Please note that final sale items and discounted items are not eligible for returns.
How to Request a Return

Once your return is approved, we will send you return instructions. Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
                    
                    
                      How do refunds and exchanges work if I change my mind or receive the wrong item?
                    
                  Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like to order a different item, we recommend returning your original item and placing a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at rozagripsocks@gmail.com, and we’ll make it right.

                  Yes. All Roza Grip Socks are machine washable. For best results, wash cold and lay flat to dry.

                  Our socks are designed to fit most women's shoe sizes from US 5–10. They offer a snug, flexible fit with secure grip.
